What we do

Most of the businesses we work with have outgrown off-the-shelf software. The same data gets typed into three systems. A spreadsheet holds the whole operation together. Or someone built them an app years ago and nobody looks after it now.

We start by spending a day with the people who do the job. Then we build the smallest useful thing, in weeks rather than months. After that we carry on, with the same people and less urgency, and the software grows as the business does.

Who you'll work with

Performantic is led by Harry Green. He has been building software since 2010, for Universal Music Group, Unilever, Pizza Hut, BuzzFeed, Time Out, Discovery and Morgan Stanley, in-house and through agency partners.

You deal with the people who make the decisions and do the work. No account managers. No junior bench.

Where we are

We're based in Stamford. Being close enough to sit in your office and watch how the work gets done is a large part of why this works, so we mostly work with businesses nearby: Peterborough, Rutland and along the A1.
