Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it or get at anything that isn't meant to be public. Only send us recordings, messages and files you have the right to share.
Our content
The words, design and code of this site belong to Performantic Ltd. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear to show work we've been part of.
No advice, no guarantees
The site describes what we do. It isn't advice for your business, and nothing on it is an offer to work together until we've both agreed in writing. We keep it accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Our liability
We're not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
